Floaty Flapper Frock

I'm floored by this vintage 1920's sheer silk crepe chiffon flapper dress with pink slip:

Here's how the seller describes it:
The dress is mint green with baby blue ruffles and white lace ruffles around the neckline and in circles on the skirt. There is a little chiffon rosette in ombre pink at the drop waist seam, and gold metallic boullion thread rosettes inside the skirt circles. The hem is also scalloped and edged in lace. It's divine and the colors are fantastic!

The pink silk slip is not original to the dress, but I am including it because I think it would be very gorgeous layered under the dress. You can shorten it by tying it up at the underarm to your desired length, peeking out from under the dress 3-4 inches would be pretty. The slip is pink silk with double ruffle hem edged in ecru lace. There is silk ribbon woven through at the ruffle with sets of gathers. Lace appliques adorn the ruffle with little ribbon rosettes and a lace ruffle hem.

There are no closures on the dress, but the slip closes with side snaps and a drawstring waist.
